Renewable:  Yes, for Spring 2027 as long as student stays within good academic standing
Criteria:

  • Veteran whose service has been during times of conflict and included overseas deployment
  • Demonstrated financial need
  • Undergraduate students seeking first degree
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA and making satisfactory academic progress and promise

  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file with IOWA's Office of Student Financial Aid
  • Please attach copy of DD214
