Sergeant First Class Christopher Villarreal

Biography

Sergeant First Class (SFC) Christopher Villarreal is from Harlingen, TX.  He joined the Army in October 2004 where he attended Indirect Fire Infantryman OSUT at Fort Benning, GA, and graduated in March 2005. 

SFC Villarreal has been assigned to Fort Hood, TX, Fort Campbell, KY, Fort Benning, GA, Fort Carson, CO, and Fort Polk, LA. He has deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), once in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), and once in support of Operation Spartan Shield (OSS). He is currently serving as a Military Science instructor (MSI) at University of Iowa.

SFC Villarreal has served as a Carrier Driver, Mortar Gunner, Mortar Squad Leader, FDC Check Computer, Company Mortar Section Leader, Drill Sergeant, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Company First Sergeant, Senior Mortar OC/T, BN Live Fire Mortar OC/T, and MSI. 

SFC Villarreal is married to his wife Denise and they have six children.
